Orders

You can pay through our online store using Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

We currently accept US dollars, Euros and Thai Baht.

Our shop will automatically select the appropriate currency for you, based on your browsing location. All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout page.

For most countries, Sales Tax is included in the price, otherwise the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.

If you wish to chabge your order, please contact our customer support team within 24hrs of your purchase.

As long as your order has not left our warehosue, we would be happy to make changes to the order for you.

Please contact our customer service team within 24–48hrs of placing your order. This will allow us to stop your order before it leaves our warehouse.

Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

Shipment tracking is available for all express shipping and certain standard deliveries (depending on your location), you can find your tracking number two ways:

1. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.

2. Contact our Customer Service Team and quote your order number/customer reference number. Our team will help keep you inform of the progress of your shipment.

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team, quoting your order number.

We will send out a replacement using express shipping wherever available.

Product Care

Leather is durable, supple and has timeless appeal. It ages gracefully and forms a unique character depending on how you use it.

While leather is an extremely durable material, it will require occasional care to maintain its brilliance.

To ensure your dash. leather products maintain its appeal for years to come, follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Use soft cloth to remove dirt from the leather surface

2. Apply Leather Cleaner onto the surface of leather. Rub the surface with folded cloth evenly.

3. Apply Leather Conditioner on the leather’s surface. Fold the cloth and rub the surface evenly.

4. Fold the cloth with clean surface outward. Rub the leather surface gently to bring out the shine.

Always test new Leather Cleaner & Leather Conditioner in small, hidden spot before applying to the whole surface.

Shipment & Delivery

Your order’s delivery time will varies depending on your location & delivery methods you chose. All orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days from our logistic center in Bangkok.

You can find estimate time frame when you can expect to receive your order after Shipment Confimation below:

Standard Delivery

Asia / Australasia 7 days

We ship to anywhere in the world. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, please use the regular shipping option at checkout.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination (See FAQ - “When will my order arrive?”).

We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Express shipping generally takes 1–3 working days for the US, Europe and some Asian countries, and anywhere from 2–7 working days for other countries. Please allow additional days for some remote locations.

Express shipping option may not be available for certain locations. This is because the current express services in those regions aren’t reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.

All our products are shipped from our logistic center in Bangkok.

Extra duties and taxes may apply to deliveries for the following regions: Asia (exc.ASEAN countries), Australasia, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

You will be responsible for the payment Customs Fee / Import Taxes.

Warranty & Returns

All leather products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty under normal use condition (exc. Apparel and Stationery items) . For full details of our warranty, please refer to our Warranty page.

If you change your mind, or want to swap a gift for something else, exchange requests can be submitted to our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

Please return your item in original condition, and in the original dash. packaging. We recommend using regular post – take a photo of your returning package with the postage receipt visible so we can ship your preferred product without delay.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 48 hours of placing your order, contact our customer service team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.

We always strive to deliver you with the highest quality product. However, should you receive faulty product or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team and send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including return shipping*).

If you change your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we can still refund your purchase if returned within 30 days, but the return shipping isn’t covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original dash. packaging.

All our products come with a limited warranty. Should you have any issues at a later date, just let our customer service team know and we will be happy to help.
